CEDAR WAY FOOD PANTRY

Cedar Way Food Pantry is a vital community program hosted at Cedar Way Elementary, a Title 1 school within the Edmonds School District. Our mission is to provide food assistance to families in need.

Once a month, on a designated Tuesday from 1 PM to 2 PM, we welcome families to receive essential food and hygiene items. We serve families each month on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure safety and maintain social distancing, we operate a convenient drive-through system. Families can simply pull up to the parent pick-up curve, where our dedicated volunteers will place pre-boxed items directly into their vehicle trunks—no need to exit the car.

 

This program is funded by our Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO), supported by generous donations from our community. Together, we strive to make a positive impact and foster a supportive environment for all families at Cedar Way Elementary.

 

If you or someone you know could benefit from this service, we encourage you to join us. If you would like to donate to our Food Bank, we will be collecting items all year at the front office (yellow bin).

Si su familia necesita asistencia alimentaria, considere venir al Banco de Comida de Cedar Way en las fechas mencionadas anteriormente de 1 a 2 de la tarde. Serviremos a las familias por orden de llegada. La comida y elementos de higiene estarán pre envasados para evitar el contacto entre personas. Pediremos a las familias que conduzcan en la curva donde se recogen a los niños y no se bajen de sus carros. Abra el baúl o indíquenos  donde colocar sus artículos. ¡Que tengan un año escolar maravilloso!

Si desea donar al Banco de Comida estaremos colectando  artículos durante todo el año en la oficina de la escuela.
