Harvest Fest Needs Your Help

Volunteer help needed for Harvest Fest on 10/28. Sign up for a shift to do:

• Activities:  Bouncer, Pop Shot Basketball, bean bag toss, cupcake walk, haunted hall, putt putt golf, touchy feely box
• Food sales:  Cotton Candy, popcorn 
• Ticket sales
• Set/up and Clean/up.

Times for shifts

5:45 – 6:30
6:30 – 7:15
7:15 – 8:00
*Setup – From 4:30 PM and on
*Cleanup – 8 PM – 8:45 PM

Library

Book Fair.  We are looking for volunteers to help out with the book fair in the library next week. Email Ann at HayesBellA@edmonds.wednet.edu for more information.

Ongoing.  The library can always use daytime volunteers.  Please contact Ann directly for information.

Playground Committee

Join our group that works together to design and plan upgrades and enhancements to our entire playground space including equipment, the fields, and blacktop spaces.  Email us if you're interested: cedarwaypto@yahoo.com. 

Donations

We are hoping to get donations to support students in need and classrooms.  You can drop items by the front office or email us and we can grab them: cedarwaypto@yahoo.com.

Items we need right now:

• Wide ruled paper
• Composition notebooks
• Fine White Board Markers (black)
• Wipes
• Healthy Snacks (for after school program and the solution room)
• Band aids (preferably latex free, large for elbows and knees)
• Reams of printing paper.

5th Grade Parent Volunteers

We need Grant Writers
